Bidding starts Friday, November 7 until November 14 at 1600. Winner will be notified on Monday, November 17 before 0900.

• No live preview of property at location.
• Silent auction winner(s) must have MCBH installation access or coordinate to receive an access pass to enter the installation.
• Winner(s) must be present at pick up with valid Government issued ID.
• Winner(s) required to pick-up item(s) by the mutually agreed date, time, and location or risk FORFEITING WINNING BID.
• Pick ups are by appointment only (M-F, except Federal Holidays).
• Winner(s) responsible for removal and loading of item(s). LOAD OUT IS REQUIRED. Assistance may not be available during load out and pick-up.
• All NAF SALES ARE FINAL. MCCS will not issue a refund or allow returns of an item.
• Items are sold as is, where is. Each item is being conveyed “as is”, “where is”, and “with all faults” as of the date the item is claimed by winner(s), without any representation or warranty whatsoever as to the item(s) condition, fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability or any other warranty, express or implied.
