TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All eligible patrons may reserve (12) months in advance for the Cabanas, Fairways, & Klipper Villas.
• Beach Cottages:
  • (12) months in advance for ALL Active-Duty Personnel.
  • (8) months in advance for Retirees & Reservists.
  • (6) months in advance for Veterans & DOD Civilian Personnel.
• Upon reserving, a one-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation for Leisure and Official Travel guests. This deposit does go towards your balance upon arrival.
• There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. A reservation must be cancelled by 1500 HST, 48 hours prior to arrival date, or the one-night deposit will be forfeited. For recreational reservations, call (808) 254-5696 | (808) 254-5769, DV/SNCO reservations, call (808) 257-8863, and Seabee reservations, call (808) 472-1631 to cancel.
• Check-in is any time after 1500, check-out is before 1100 for all facilities. Please note: No early check-in and no late check-out applies to all properties.
• Check-in for all recreational lodging is located at the Fairway Inn. Get Directions
• Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms at the Klipper Villas. Pets are strictly not permitted in any non-pet-friendly rooms, such as Beach Cottages, Cabanas, & Fairways.

LEISURE RESERVATIONS:

• Leisure guest may reserve up to 14-day stays. Anything beyond 14 days must be approved. Please note: The beach cottages have a strict 7-day maximum stay. One beach cottage reservation is allowed per sponsor. Per Base Order, repeat Beach Cottage reservations must be made at least three months apart.
• The reservation must be made under the military member’s name. Military member must be present upon check-in with their military ID. Please note: The military member must sponsor non – military friend / family member. Military member assumes all responsibility for any sponsored guests. We are not authorized to change the name on reservations.
• ONLY the service member or spouse of service member may book. The service member or spouse must be present at check -in with their military ID. The sponsor is responsible for any guest’s base access privileges. For questions about base access, contact the Pass House at (808) 254-2047. This applies to anyone coming to visit a service member. Please note: Per Base Order, at no time can a name be changed on a reservation.

OFFICIAL ORDERS:

• INNS of the Corps is the only PCS Priority Hotel on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Contact INNS of the Corps for availability at (808) 254-2806. INNS of the Corps will issue CNA, if there is no availability.
• Five Palms is the only TAD/TDY Priority Hotel on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Contact Five Palms for availability at (808) 257-2409. Five Palms will issue CNA, if there is no availability.
• PCS and TAD/TDY guests may reserve up to one month in advance. 30 days is the MAX that you can book for initial reservation.
• When coming on Official Travel (PCS, TAD, TDY), orders must be presented at check-in.
