Come unwind with us at a peaceful morning Beach Yoga session! This special event is designed to help you relax, find balance, and experience harmony through movement and mindfulness. All skill levels are welcome to join!

WHO CAN ATTEND
Active duty, spouses, and families ages 18+ on Camp Pendleton.

If you can no longer attend the event, and you do not cancel your reservation, you will not be able to register for the next one.

Note:  We love families, but this event is intended for an adult audience. Please plan accordingly and leave the little ones at home.
