Swim Lessons & Aquatics

MCBH boasts four pools: two at Kaneohe Bay and one each at Camp H. M. Smith and Manana Housing. Authorized patrons may enjoy lap and recreational swim during posted hours and improve their swim strokes through lessons with Semper Fit Aquatics.

An orientation program designed to meet the needs of Marines and their entire family: spouses, children, and extended family members. Water safety is a priority at MCBH beaches. Swimmers should follow posted rules and use flotation devices when necessary. Lifeguards are on duty during certain hours. Practicing water safety helps prevent accidents and injuries.

Semper Fit Juniors Program

Semper Fit Center at Kaneohe Bay is implementing a new program open to 14 and 15 year olds who, upon the completion of a Fitness Basics class, will be issued an individualized pass to use the Center on their own without an adult accompaniment.
