• Silent auction winner must have MCBH installation access.
• Winner must be present with ID.
• No previews of property at location.
• Winner is required to pick-up item(s) by the agreed date, time, and location or forfeit winning bid.
• Winner is responsible for removal and loading of item(s).
• Acceptable methods of payment (Credit cards or cash).
• All NAF sales are final. MCCS will not issue a refund or allow return of an item.
• Items are sold as is, where is. Each item is being conveyed “as is”, “where is”, and “with all faults” as of the date the item is claimed by purchaser, without any representation or warranty whatsoever as to the item(s) condition, fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability or any other warranty, express or implied.
• Buyer responsible for pick ups.
• Pick ups by appt only (M-F, except Federal Holidays).
• No assistance available during pick up.
• Buyer load out is required.
• Non- DoD ID card holders will need to get an access pass to enter the installation.
