Our annual pre-Thanksgiving lunch for our students and parents is a very anticipated event in our community and has always been able to happen with the help of volunteers. This year our pre-Thanksgiving lunch if scheduled for Thursday, November 14 at all of our 10 schools. 

WHEN
Event time is 10:30am-1pm.
Volunteers should arrive no later than 10am. 

WHERE
Volunteers must report to the school front office to check in upon arrival to the campus. All Thanksgiving luncheon events will take place in the school cafeteria on each campus. Volunteers must present a valid government ID when checking in at the school front office.

Volunteers must contact the POC directly to sign up. POC will provide Letters of Appreciation (LOA) to volunteers who participate in the event. Volunteers are responsible for requesting an LOA and providing the POC with their name, rank, and email address upon registering to volunteer so that an LOA can be provided. 

VOLUNTEER TASK(S)
Volunteers should dress in appropriate civilian attire and will be asked to assist with serving Thanksgiving meals in school cafeterias to students, family members, and school staff. Volunteers are encouraged to ensure their clothing, hair, and nails do not interfere with the proper hygiene necessary for commercial food service. 

VOLUNTEER NEEDS
8 volunteers per school. Volunteers may choose the campus they'd like to volunteer at.

VOLUNTEER INCENTIVES
Volunteers will be able to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal at the campus where they volunteer, free of charge!
