Join us for a 4-mile challenging trail run on the Chappo foothills of Camp Pendleton. The run features an out-and-back course with a 2-mile hill climb to the Radar Tower. Test your fitness and conquer the tower.

Run to the Radar® is the second race of the 2025 Tactical Triad™ and our brand new SURVIVE THE FIVE™. Run in three of our five trail runs to receive a newly designed Tactical Triad medal. If you run ALL five Races, you will receive a custom Survive the Five™ t-shirt!

The Five Races are, Heartbreak Ridge Run®, Run to the Radar™, Oscar Mike Hill Challenge™, Buffalo Alley Trail Run™ and Tun Tavern Ten®. Tactical Triad™ Medals will be handed out after you complete your 3rd race. Survive The Five™ t-shirts will be given out at Tun Tavern Ten® in November.

FINISH LINE
All runners will receive nutrition, hydration, sponsor items, and a finisher medal.

DIRECTIONS
Las Pulgas Entrance: I-5 Southbound
Take the Las Pulgas exit and head east towards the Las Pulgas gate.
Continue four miles on Las Pulgas Rd then turn right at Basilone Road.
Turn Right at Vandegrift, then left at 11th Street, and follow the signs to the race venue.

Main Gate Entrance: I-5 Northbound
Take the Camp Pendleton exit.
Enter the main gate and continue on Vandergrift for eight miles until you reach Camp Chappo.
Turn right at 11th Street and follow the signs to the race venue.

RULES

• 13+ age limit (for safety purposes, please adhere to the age limit)
• Absolutely no headphones/ear buds allowed
• Service and working dogs only in the venue
• No strollers allowed on the course
• Event held rain or shine (unless deemed unsafe)
• Pendleton Races has the right to modify the course if necessary for safety or base training exercises
• Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• All competitors must be off the course by 10:15am
• Online registration opens March 4 at 9am
