The Personal Readiness Seminar provides an overview of resources available for continuing education, career development, and personal financial management. Per MARADMIN 346/20, first-term Marines (Officers and Enlisted) are required to attend the seminar within 90 days of arriving at their first permanent duty station.

Registration is not necessary.
