Resilient, healthy relationships are built on good interpersonal skills, communication, conflict resolution, and setting boundaries. Enhancing these skills offers growth to the parties involved. Real Relationships shows participants how to identify the hallmarks of meaningful relationships and how to build skills to make them stronger. Through a variety of activities, learn to develop these skills using tools designed to engage participants in a way that allows for personal growth.
