Services
- Assists with the care and movement of remains.
- Connects family members with grief and peer support resources, such as the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). TAPS services are available at no cost, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide peer-based emotional support, crisis response and intervention, and grief and trauma support.
- Provides a comprehensive benefits and entitlements printout through the Armed Forces Services Corporation to help families make informed decisions regarding their circumstances.
- Assists next of kin in obtaining access to investigative reports and connecting with benevolent and philanthropic organizations.
- Connects families with the support and resources they need. Assistance is available indefinitely to the next of kin of deceased Marines and deceased Marine family members.
