Marine Corps Accepting 2025 Athlete of the Year Nominations
The Marine Corps is seeking nominations for its most outstanding athletes of 2025. Marines who have demonstrated exceptional performance in intramural, varsity, All-Marine, national, or international competitions are invited to apply for the prestigious Male and Female Athlete of the Year awards.
To qualify, competitions must comply with amateur regulations established by nationally recognized governing bodies or organizations affiliated with the United States Olympic Committee. Applicants must submit a professional biography outlining their athletic achievements during the 2025 calendar year, along with a summary of their Marine Corps career.
Applicants are required to include documented, verified competition results—such as times, scores, or rankings—from events participated in during 2025. The application is available at www.usmc-mccs.org/allmarinesports, under the applications section. Completed applications must be submitted via email to AllMarineSports@usmc-mccs.org.
The deadline to submit applications to HQMC WARR-Semper Fit is March 31, 2026. Each application must be endorsed by the applicant’s commanding officer (O5 level or higher) to be considered.
