Andrew Siepka BS, CSCS

Andrew is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach specializing in physical and mental performance, nutrition, sleep and recovery. With 20+ years of training experience paired with 12 years of coaching experience, He has primarily worked with military members, first responders and the tactical community. He enjoys the unique challenge of building the tactical athlete. Being a former Maritime Assault Operator within the USGC Deployable Specialized Forces, Andrew had the opportunity to train and deploy with several Marine elements during Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terror. He understands the importance of physical fitness, mental resiliency, and injury prevention. He believes fitness is a force multiplier on the battlefield and in life.

Jeania Spencer

Jeania has been in the fitness industry since 2005. Her passion for working out and assisting others in achieving physical and mental well-being led her to pursue a Personal Trainer certification through the Athletics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in March of 2006. From 2005 to 2016, she dedicated her time to MCCS Daniel’s Fitness Center, where she trained numerous Marines, Navy Personnel, their families, and DOD employees. During this period, she obtained certifications in Tabata Bootcamp, Spin Class instruction, Bootcamp class instruction, and Step class instruction, which she actively taught until 2012. In that year, she expanded her expertise by becoming a HITT Instructor and AMP-IT instructor for the Marine Corps. Additionally, she acquired certifications in USAW Coaching Level 1 and Trigger Point Performance Therapy Level 1.

Ethan Miller BS, CSCS

Ethan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach specializing in performance and injury prevention with an emphasis in joint mobilization. With 10+ years of training experience and 5 years of coaching experience, he has primarily worked with youth athletes but also has exposure to working with elite level athletes as well as common folk. Always looking to apply practical knowledge with technical aspects, he enjoys working with anyone willing to work for it. Understanding that physical preparedness and mental toughness are important, he knows how paramount it is to develop these qualities to make sure the mission is successful in the most optimal way possible.

Marilet Dukes

Marilet is a fitness enthusiast from Bongabon N.E., Philippines, who has been training for 10+ years. She believes in inclusion, asserting that fitness is more than just physical; a strong mental thought process is half the battle. She also believes that movement is the key to living a long life.

Rose Robinson

Rose is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She leads Unit PTs (by special request) in cycle/spin and yoga class(es) and has worked with the Wounded Warriors Battalion to provide special programming for cycle/spin, core, TRX, yoga/stretch class(es). Her training programs are challenging but rewarding, incorporating a variety of different exercises that help to improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Rose’s goal is to help you to feel strong, capable, and successful and she believes that working out is not just looking good on the outside, it's also about feeling great on the inside. She also does 1-on-1 training and once helped an active duty member to successfully meet BCA requirements and finished the PFT with an excellent low. She’s taught a variety of fitness classes, including small group training, for a broad range of participants and is currently teaching cycle at the Semper Fit Kulia gym. She enjoys traveling with her husband, and spending time with family and friends.

Julia Love-Parrish

Julia was born an Air Force brat and married a Marine in 2014. She graduated from Wright State University in 2015 with her Bachelors in Exercise Science. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach and a Cancer Exercise Specialist. She has more than a combined 25 years’ experience in the world of cheerleading, gymnastics, swimming and fitness. If you have been a part of her husband’s unit PTs, then you have done her programming. As a mother of 4, Julia also brings a unique perspective to the team with the knowledge of prenatal & postpartum fitness. She is very passionate in helping everyone learn the importance in finding their “why”.
