Making a Reservation

Please call for availability and rental information. Reservations can be made 30 days in advance; only two campsites per authorized patron.

• Patrons must check in/out with Mokapu Recreational Lodging Guest Services in BLDG 6937.
• Check-in time is 1400; Check-out time is 1200.

Directions

1. Drive west on Manning St. and Reeves Rd.
2. Make a left on Reed Rd., then a right on Mokapu Rd.
3. Drive across the runway.
4. Take the first left and continue across the old abandoned runway we call “West Field”.
5. Make a hard right and turn onto Perimeter Rd.
6. Drive about 1/4 mile and take the left turn at the sign for the Hale Koa Recreation Area.
7. Park in the Main Parking Lot.

Rules & Regulations

• Reservations can be made 30 days in advance; only two campsites per authorized patron.
• NO glass containers allowed.
• NO pets.
• NO driving or parking of vehicle on the beach or wetland areas.
• NO open ground fires (fires permitted in BBQ only.)
• NO cutting or damaging of trees.
• Patrons MUST clean-up and police their space prior to leaving. Minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be applied.
• Check-in 1400; check-out 1200.
• Tents (max. 2) permitted in designated campsite areas only.
• Quiet hours are 2200-0800.
• Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive days.
• Gas grills only. Wood grills are prohibited. Grills are not provided.
• Patrons must check-in/out with front desk B6937. Rental grills & bathroom keys must be returned to Front Desk.
