The program offers a range of training opportunities, including internships, apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and classroom instruction. Participants in the program can work with various private sector and government organizations to gain valuable work experience in fields ranging from information technology and logistics to healthcare and engineering.

Overall, the Skill Bridge provides transitioning service members a valuable opportunity to develop skills and experience to help them successfully transition from military to civilian life.
